Mel Battishall is the accidental homemaker-turned-storyteller behind The Wonder of Home podcast and the curator-in-chief of Okus Home.Wife and mother of 4, Frustrated by the endless choice between budget buys and high-end décor, Starting Okus Home was her answer to every minimalist trend that ever tried to sneak in and steal her joy!

Mel believes a home should have as much wonder and personality as its people!
