Don’t worry! We can help you fix it. Just contact us via email ASAP at thewonderofhome@gmail.com prior to your order being processed/shipped. Make sure to include your receipt/order number so we can sort it out pronto!

If your order contains items different to what you ordered, or arrives damaged, let us know via email at thewonderofhome@gmail.com and we happily send you a replacement. Please include a photo of the item you received, its packaging, and any damage clearly shown.

As our items are one-of-a-kind items, we have a strict no-returns policy. However, if you believe there’s a problem with your order, please reach out and let us know via email at thewonderofhome@gmail.com.

If any special care instructions are required, they will be provided with your order. If you're unsure, simply reach out and ask us!

Unfortunately we don’t ship internationally at the moment - all orders must be posted to an Australian address. But it’s a work in progress! Stay in the loop to find out when we’re shipping to your country.
